Payd asks for your Whop business ID

Some Whop keys (often Company API keys) can’t read the business itself, because they lack company:balance:read. Payd then asks for your business ID instead of failing.

   Open your Whop dashboard and pick the business you’re connecting.

   Copy the part of the address bar that starts with biz_ (whop.com/dashboard/biz_…).

   Paste it into Whop business ID in Payd and click Connect Whop.

With such a key Payd can’t show whether Whop has turned card payments on, so the $1 test order checks it instead: a test that passes proves cards work. To see the status in Payd, add company:balance:read to the key.
