Everything Payd handles, so you don’t have to.
The checkout page is the easy part. Behind it, Payd keeps every price exact, writes every order into Shopify, syncs shipping and tracking, and has a plan for when something breaks.
Every price, exactly right.
Payd doesn’t keep its own price list. Shopify prices every cart, and Payd charges exactly that.
Shopify prices the cart
Payd reads the buyer’s cart from Shopify itself: automatic discounts, bundle and quantity-break prices, codes, and how they combine.
Never a different total
If Payd can’t match Shopify’s total to the cent, the buyer finishes on Shopify checkout instead. Nobody pays more, or less, than your store showed.
Checked again before paying
Right before the charge, Payd checks prices, discounts and stock once more. A sale that just ended or an item that just sold out is caught, not charged.
Right for every country
Prices and discounts follow the shipping address, so a code you made for the US stays a US code.
Discount codes at checkout
Buyers can enter a code on the Payd checkout. Shopify’s own rules decide what applies, once-per-customer and usage limits included.
When something breaks, the sale doesn’t.
Payments outside Shopify only work if every failure has a plan. These are ours.
Payd down? Buyers still check out
Before sending a buyer over, your store checks that Payd answers. If it doesn’t within seconds, the buyer lands on Shopify checkout.
Orders that retry themselves
If Shopify doesn’t take an order right away, Payd tries again, flags it on your dashboard and emails you. One click retries it by hand.
No double orders
Each payment becomes exactly one Shopify order, even when an update arrives twice or the buyer refreshes the page.
Payment updates you can trust
Whop’s updates are checked by signature, and Payd looks up payments on its own too, so a missed message never means a missed order.
Alerts before it costs you
If Whop stops taking cards or an order can’t reach Shopify, it’s at the top of your dashboard and in your inbox. One switch sends buyers back to Shopify checkout.
A $1 test that costs nothing
The test order is a $1 card hold that Payd releases right away. It proves card payments and order writing before any buyer sees Payd.
Shopify stays your source of truth.
Your store, apps and fulfillment keep working the way they do today. Only the payment step changes.
Real Shopify orders
Products, variants, personalization fields, discounts and codes, shipping, tax, addresses and notes. Your apps and fulfillment see a normal order.
Shopify’s order email
Buyers get your store’s usual confirmation email from Shopify, and stock goes down like any other order.
Shipping from your settings
Your Shopify zones, rates, price and weight rules, free-shipping thresholds and delivery times, like “3 to 5 business days”.
Tracking sent to Whop
When you fulfill in Shopify, Payd passes the tracking number to Whop for you. No copying numbers by hand.
Live products and prices
Nothing to import or keep in sync. Products, images and prices come from Shopify every time.
An empty cart after paying
Once the buyer has paid, their cart on your store is cleared, so nobody buys the same order twice by accident.
Refunds in one click
Refund an order from your Payd dashboard. Payd sends it to Whop and follows it until it’s done.
A checkout buyers already trust.
It follows the layout of Shopify’s checkout, so the last step feels like your store, not a detour.
Your brand on it
Your logo, pulled straight from Shopify, plus your colors, font and Pay button text. Built for phones first.
Express wallets on top
Apple Pay and Google Pay, and PayPal where your Whop account offers it, before the form, like on Shopify.
Address autocomplete
Address suggestions as the buyer types, filling in the city, state and zip.
18 languages
The checkout speaks your store’s language, or the buyer’s: Spanish, French, German, Japanese and 14 more.
Trust where it counts
Reviews, a guarantee line, trust badges, an announcement bar and an optional countdown.
After payment, your call
Show Payd’s thank-you page, Shopify’s order status page, or send buyers to a page of your own.
Your own checkout address
Take payments on checkout.yourbrand.com instead of a Payd address.
Pixels that see every sale
Meta Pixel with Conversions API, counted once, and TikTok Pixel fire on every purchase.
Set up once. Then forget about it.
No developer and no code editing. Everything is a paste, a click or a switch.
20 minutes, then 2
Step-by-step setup with direct links. Every store after the first reuses your Shopify app and Whop connection: about 2 minutes.
Preview before going live
See the Payd checkout on your own store, with your real products, before any buyer does.
Pause any time
One switch sends every buyer back to Shopify checkout.
All your stores in one place
Orders, anything that needs you, and each store’s health on one dashboard.
Help on every step
A help center for each step of setup, linked from right where you are.
Your money and your data stay yours.
Payd runs the checkout. It never sits between you and your money.
Payd never touches your money
Payments go straight to your own Whop account. Withdraw any time: instant payouts land in minutes.
No extra fees
No Payd subscription and no Payd cut of your sales. Nothing on top of your Whop account’s usual processing.
Keys stored encrypted
Your Shopify and Whop keys are encrypted and only used to run your checkout.
Built to resist abuse
Pricing, payments and accounts went through a security review: forged carts, code reuse and account takeover were tested and closed.
Where Shopify checkout still takes over.
Gift cards, subscriptions, bundles an app builds at checkout, carrier-calculated shipping rates and carts in another currency. These carts go to Shopify checkout on their own, so the order is always right.
Keep the store. Get paid.
Connect Shopify, connect Whop, test with a $1 card hold, go live. About 20 minutes for your first store. Every store after that: about 2 minutes.
